Jenny Nguyen is an immigration and real estate closing attorney and co-founding partner at Nguyen & Pham, LLC, serving clients throughout the metro Atlanta, across Georgia and all over the U.S. With more than fifteen years of experience in immigration law, she provides trusted, results-driven representation to individuals and families navigating complex U.S. immigration matters.

About Jenny Nguyen, Esq

Having personally experienced the immigration process, Jenny brings a deep, firsthand understanding of how immigration law affects families and futures. She focuses her immigration practice on family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, adjustment of status, naturalization, and removal (deportation) defense, successfully helping clients reunite with loved ones, remain in the United States, and protect their legal status. Known for her client-centered approach, professionalism, and strategic advocacy, Jenny is fluent in English and Vietnamese, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse client base.

In addition to immigration law, Jenny is a highly experienced residential and commercial real estate closing attorney. Her background as a former licensed real estate broker and mortgage broker gives her a rare, comprehensive perspective on real estate transactions. This hands-on industry experience enables her to anticipate issues, streamline closings, and deliver efficient, reliable results for buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate investors throughout Georgia.

Beyond her private practice, Jenny serves as a Municipal Court Judge for the cities of Johns Creek and Forest Park, Georgia. Jenny is also a recognized community leader and advocate. She has served as President of the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys, is the founder and past president of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Georgia, and is a past president of the Georgia Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce. Her leadership and impact have earned her numerous honors, including being named one of the Georgia Asian Times’ 25 Most Influential Asian Americans and an honoree of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40 Award.
