With almost two decades of trial and prosecutorial experience, Amy delivers strategic, results-driven representation for clients facing some of the most challenging legal situations of their lives.

Before joining Nguyen & Pham, LLC in 2019, Amy spent over a decade as a prosecutor with the Houston District Attorney’s Office, where she handled complex criminal cases and gained deep insight into how cases are investigated, charged, and litigated by the state. This prosecutorial background gives her clients a significant advantage in personal injury cases, allowing her to anticipate opposing strategies and build strong, effective legal arguments.

Amy also brings extensive litigation experience from her work at a Houston-based personal injury law firm, where she represented individuals injured due to negligence. She is known for her sharp legal analysis, relentless advocacy, and compassionate, client-centered approach. Her practice focuses on protecting victims’ rights, and maximizing compensation for injury victims in personal injury cases throughout Georgia.

In addition to her legal practice, Amy previously served as Director of the Voter Registration Office for Harris County, Texas, where she managed a staff of fifty and oversaw large-scale elections in one of the largest counties in the United States. This role reflects her leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to public service.

Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston and her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Texas.

Outside the courtroom, Amy enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to the community through volunteer work with organizations such as Meals on Wheels and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
