Joelle Nazaire is a dedicated trial attorney with over twenty years
experience in two states. Attorney Nazaire began her career in 1998 as
an Assistant District Attorney in Massachusetts, prosecuting felonies
and misdemeanors. In addition to her trial work, she argued before the
Massachusetts Appeals Court, mentored new attorneys and drafted
appellate briefs. 

Ms. Nazaire continued her career as a prosecutor
when she joined the Gwinnett County Solicitor General’s Office in 2007 where she most recently served as Chief Assistant Solicitor-General. She went on to serve as Deputy Chief Assistant Solicitor-General in DeKalb County, where she supervised all trial attorneys, while managing the vehicular homicide prosecutions for the office.

Prior to joining Nguyen and Pham, Ms. Nazaire was an Associate Trial
Attorney, with a large national insurance carrier, focusing on insurance
defense litigation. This involved all phases of civil litigation including
initial pleadings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
throughout Georgia, including Whitfield, Cobb, Fulton, Henry and
Gwinnett County.

Attorney Nazaire earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts
University and her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law
School in Boston, Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice in both
Georgia and Massachusetts. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and
exploring all of what the great state of Georgia has to offer.

Attorney Nazaire is as a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett and a member of the Gwinnett County Bar Association.
