Ethan Pham, litigation partner and co-founder of Nguyen & Pham, is experienced in the areas of auto accidents/personal injury, civil litigation and business law. He also serves as the Chief Judge for the City of Lawrenceville, along with various appointments as a judge to several municipalities in metro Atlanta.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Ethan worked as an assistant city attorney for a private law firm practicing local government law and serving public entities. In that capacity, Ethan represented various municipalities and local government entities with all aspects of their legal needs, including complex litigation, issuance of opinions on legal matters, drafting of resolutions and local ordinances, and providing guidance to local government personnel on matters ranging from election law and education law to tax sales and excess funds, reviewing and drafting private contracts and intergovernmental agreements, etc. He also spent quite a bit of time engaging in trial/courtroom work in the Clayton County District Attorney’s Office as well as the Clayton County Solicitor General’s Office.Â
​Ethan Pham earned his Bachelor of Arts at Shorter College and his Juris Doctor from John Marshall School of Law. He is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia.
In his spare time, Ethan enjoys advocating for the Pan-Asian community through various community organizations and giving a voice to the immigrant community in numerous political circles.
